I wanted to say thank you so much for teaching the Riding Academy course!

For the first time today I felt confident enough to lead my husband on a ride. He picked the route and I led the way. I told you my biggest concern and fear was curves and turns. I was always wobbly and slow. Today, I took them like I've been riding for a while. Jon said my curves were flat and my leans were a complete 180 from where I was just a few short days ago.

Dear Gail, I just wanted to take a moment and THANK YOU for your loyal support to our troops, our Veterans and the awesome 9-11 ride that you recently coordinated and sponsored! The YouTube video was simply breathtaking! I bought my 1st Harley Sportster from you a few years ago! I'm going to have shoulder surgery in a couple of weeks, when I fully recover and can ride my baby again, I'm ALL IN for next years ride! Adam was a great guy to deal with on purchasing my 1st Harley. He listened to my thoughts on what I wanted and showed me those bikes without pressuring me to buy something I didn't want or wasn't looking for. The tour of each department was a great experience and just added to the excitement of my purchase.

I had been circling around the various bike stores in KC, looking for "My Bike". When I decided to pull the trigger I went to Gail's for two reasons: Gail's amazing voice on 101 The Fox Radio, the positive energy and "happy" feeling noticeable in all of the people involved.
I would like to complement Gibson for a masterful sales job. I settled on the 14 Wide Glide. By that time i was tired and loosing interest. Gibson sensed this and said "Hey man, let take this out int he sun, it looks amazing". We pushed out in the sun, I stared at the bike for about 30 seconds and said "That's my bike" and we got down to business. Had he not coaxed my outside I suspect I would have wandered off. He SOLD that bike, and I LOVE that bike.

I also have a complement for, in my opinion, one of the brightest souls in the shop. Jesse James in parts. This young man emits a positive energy and is excellent at his position. He sold me a bushel of parts to make my new Wide Glide, my bike. He is creative, communicates well, and gained my full trust in a matter of minutes. I explained how i intended to ride and asked Jessie to equip me with all of the things i need. I left several decisions in his hands and am thrilled at how sharp the bike turned out.
I had a card to scan in and comment on people, but i lost it. Please give Jessie 5 Stars for performance. He is a true asset to your operation.

I first knew of the dealership when I sold some advertising to Bev Worth back in 1985. My wife and I had been coming by for events on Saturdays and Wednesday. I always looked at inventory on line and at time made inquiries as to pricing on models. I always had a positive online experience. After one online experience I was contacted by Laura in Sales. Laura gave me a couple of calls to invite us to Wednesday Happy Hours Events and one night I intoduced myself. Laura was very helpful and most of all was not a "pushy aggressive, you need to buy something of get out " salesperson. All the staff I have met while buying t-shirts or hats or walking the sales floor were always the same way. Tom in Rentals was also a pleasure to meet. I always felt welcome to come in to the dealership and browse whether I owned a Harley or not. Long story short, this week Laura contacted me again to come by and look at 2008/2012 Road Kings. Well we bought a 2014 Road King. I always felt that if I bought a Harley it would be from Gails due to the staff. Thank You
